Depression is a state of mind, when you feel nothing goes in your favor – mentally, physically, emotionally and everything around you seem incorrect and irritating .A person suffering from depression imagines some hypothetical and paradox scenarios. They are always daydreaming, physically present but mentally elsewhere and never at ease.

Another a symptom of a person suffering from depression is that they never share the stuff they are facing with anyone yet the fact is they wanted to share but they have an anthrophobia and afraid of a new start and don’t trust anyone easily and always hesitate in sharing their views and points with others and most crucial is they are afraid of getting screwed and people’s judgments on them. All these factors restrict them from sharing their views and express themselves. Depression has a direct link with one’s mind and according to that, it responds.

 

People who suffer from depression tend  to do over thinking, stop eating, start feeling inferior, low self-esteem, lack of confidence and some may also indulge themselves in narcotics and goes off track on the way of ruining their life, forbid the difference between right and wrong , good or bad, punish themselves, and even do self sabotage them. The whole point here is there are many different ways in which one deals with depression but the usual thing about all such they suffer.

Some people have severe depression while others have less severe but the whole point is they don’t feel ease and its daunting to deal with it.

              

             Causes For Depression

 

 

1.   Love failure - break up,  betray, separation from love due to any reason, and Phil phobia.

 

2.   Denial and Rejections- these two play a major role for a person to get into depression. Denial and rejection directly link to their self-esteem and ego.

 

3.   Work Stress –the pressure of work and also be the reason especially when you have been given the deadline or over expected from you.

 

4.   Family Historyif a person in your family is had been suffered from depression so caches are you might suffer too.

 

5.   Severe Medical Illnessthis is another reason for depression .if you have such an incurable disease and you think this going to ruin your life, such thoughts cause depression.

 

Though these are some of the reasons if we go on counting we will find countless reasons but our main focus is on solutions, which we going to discuss now.

Although many people have believed in therapy and mind diverting activities and exercises as a solution for this but these solutions cost you millions of dollars and you need time to visit them, which indirectly consumes your time. But here we gonna talk about Solutions which are time and cost-effective.

 

1. Break all the boundaries around you and trust at least one person and share all the feelings, thoughts, and everything regarding your state to them and try to vent out your emotions.



2. Stop overthinking, about all the stuff which you can’t control, overthinking is like a trigger for the depression and it made the situation worse and out of control.



3. Don’t sit idle, always remain occupied with some kind of chores, work on new ideas, and work on yourself, try to make you better every succeeding day, if you cant do something big and effective on the initial day then don't worry just start slow and step by step.




4. Start learning new skills and get into new activity which fascinates you, learn to try doing new doing things which appear daunting and taxing to you.

 



5. Stay calm under every situation, take a deep breath before an activity and you can also walk into the greens, as you will more fresh and energetic and your mind will relax and helps you to focus better and avoid negative thoughts.



6. Always have some ambition in your life which helps you to stay focused and away from depressing thoughts, always start with short term goals and try to achieve it step by step don't set up unachievable goals always do it in the sequence of steps.



7. You need to require a hell lot of patience because it gonna consume time to get completely out of depression, recover fully from it, and get back to your normal life.




                                        A RAY OF HOPE


Naturally, people think and some thinks little more

Though this is not the reason to blame them or to abhor

Overthinker is a person who was once an overdoer

Things gradually slip from their hand

And they think their life is over

 

A Person is never an overthinker by his will

Don’t think he is feeble or fragile

They have so much to say but no one to tell

Demolished from inside yet they smile

 

People often think they are perplexing or miffy

And concluded that they are batty and do them pity

 

There is nothing on earth with which human cant deal

Just the fact that they need

time to heal-2.
